April 5th 2008:

Super Tuner Car Rookie Rick Lee, took his first STC checkered flag at the MPRA season opener April 5th. We are looking forward to more top finishes from this talented young driver.

Other STC competitors weren't as lucky, several were plagued by early season mechanical issues. When asked about his continued participation in the STC, veteran driver Matt Guiver had this to say "We are bringing a completely new car to the track for the very first time. Considering the amount of time and resources we had to get this project together, this weekend should be considered a success."

January 11th 2008:

Utah Imports announced today that they will be campaining a 1998 Audi A4 quattro in the 2008 season in the local STC class. We have purchased the car and are commited to a full season with the STC. We hope our commitment will encourage others to step up and help make a good competitive class.

Jeff Keller will be driving the car the bulk of the time with periodical guest drivers thrown into the mix. Jeff has been car racing door to door for more than 20 years, and is a safe and responsible driver who should prove to be fast as well. MORE
